What are Flixxaid Coins?
Flixxaid is a TikTok-like social app where each video acts as a micro-fundraiser, and ad revenue is directed to charities. All at no cost to the participating nonprofits
The Flixxaid Giving Model has been enhanced to include Flixxaid Coins. These coins are aimed to:
Help propel awareness around a given cause, while
Offering users a way to earn and then recognize content creators, and
Reward the nonprofit they are supporting.
How do users collect coins?
Coins can be collected in 3 ways:
Registering on Flixxaid - Yes, just by registering with Flixxaid you are rewarded with 25 coins in your Giving Wallet, to kick off your giving!
Share a Flixx - Each Flixx video you share with others will earn you 2 coins!
Want to share a video? Click its Share button, select method to share method (email, text, etc.) and send it to friends and family. When a user opens your link in Flixxaid, the share is logged. Next time you open Flixxaid you will be rewarded with 2 coins per share in your Flixxaid Giving Wallet!Watch Sponsored Ads - Each time you watch a complete ad in Flixxaid, you earn 1 coin in your Giving Wallet. Simple as that!
Purchase Coins - Finally, you do have the option to quickly recharge your wallet by purchase additional coins from the store.

What do you do with coins?
Simple… give them away!
Are you impressed with content on Flixxaid and want to recognize the creator with more than just a Like? Or do you want to show your support for the related nonprofit? Reward the Flixx with coins!
Simply click no the Donate/Reward button on the bottom of the Flixx page and click Reward this Flixx.
In the dialog you will be given your current Giving Wallet balance, and the option to give some of your coins to the Flixx. Simply enter the number of coins you wish to give and the coins will transfer from your Giving Wallet to the Flixx coin counter.
If your balance is low, you can continue to earn coins on the app, or you are also offered the option to recharge your balance by purchasing more coins directly from the app store.

Why reward a Flixx with Flixxaid coins?
Here’s 3 reasons:
Recognizes Good Content - Giving coins to the Flixx recognizes the creator of the content, hopefully encouraging the user to create more engaging content in support of a cause. Coins given to content created by a user are totalled in their profile, and they earn badges based on the level of coins they collect.
Recognizes Givers - Giving coins is also recognized. Total coins given are also registered against users that give coins. And badges are awarded for level of coins given!
Supports Nonprofits - Finally, coins rewarded to a Flixx are automatically donated to the nonprofit the Flixx is supporting.
Do Flixxaid Coins hold financial value?
Yes! But only to registered and verified nonprofits on the platform. These Nonprofits have the ability to transfer a min of 1000 coins per transfer to their crypto wallet address set in their profile (e.g. Metamask) as an equivalent amount of Ethereum-based $FLIXXAID coins, which can then be liquidated into cash!
